Welcome! I am our financial manager and new patient coordinator, so I am one of the first people to welcome new patients to our practice. I’m also here to assist with setting up a manageable financial plan for your treatment. I have two daughters who I love to spend time with, and I also enjoy swimming and Zumba!
Sheila
Hello. I am our appointment and insurance coordinator, so I can usually be found at the front desk making appointments and dealing with insurance companies. I try to be a helpful resource for any questions you may have about your treatment, so feel free to ask! My husband, Bob, and I have three daughters. In my free time I enjoy reading, crocheting, and traveling.

Hello, I work as an orthodontic assistant, providing our patients with the highest quality care. I also sterilize our equipment, take radiographs, help in our laboratory, and educate our patients on how to take good care of their appliances. I enjoy being part of a great team that works together to create beautiful smiles! At home, my husband, Matthew, and I have two sons and a dog named Snuggles.

I really enjoy my job as an orthodontic assistant, because I get to help Dr. Kharouf provide a comfortable and happy experience, and our patients are so happy with their new smiles! I enjoy coming to work every day to see my patients and coworkers. It is fulfilling to me to watch how orthodontic treatments change the patients’ lives. They walk in hiding their smile and walk out grinning from ear to ear! At home, I love playing with my young son, Kayden.

Hello, welcome to our office! As the scheduling coordinator, I enjoy greeting our patients as they come through the door. I also answer the phones, schedule appointments, and perform various other tasks. I’m a real people person, and I love getting to know our patients and their families. When I’m not in the office, I love hiking, baking, knitting, and playing with my Pomeranian.
